Our Mission and Vision

Purpose that shapes every trade

Educate and skill the young for life and livelihood

Don Bosco Technical Institute exists so marginalized and disadvantaged youth can learn a trade that leads to work. Our compass is simple: skill for livelihood, character for life, and training that industry actually hires.

Every workshop hour, classroom session, and placement drive is measured against the Mission, Vision, and Quality Policy below.

Our Mission and Vision

The statements that guide training, faculty, and campus life

Our Mission

To empower the marginalized and disadvantaged youth by imparting market-driven, employment linked skill training.

Our Vision

To educate & skill the young for life and livelihood.

Quality Policy

DBTI believes in empowering the students, faculties and support staff to use the latest technology and set an exemplary standard for continual improvement.

We are committed to equip unemployed youth by employable skills to meet the demands of skilled manpower for the industry. In doing so we shall always uphold the law of the nation.

Why this matters

To educate & skill the young for life and livelihood.Vision is the destination. Mission is the path: market-driven, employment-linked training for youth who need a fair start. Quality Policy is the standard we hold ourselves to while we walk that path.

What we hold ourselves to

The outcomes our Mission and Quality Policy demand

Youth first

Marginalized and disadvantaged young people at the centre of every trade.

Market-driven

Skills chosen for real hiring needs, not classroom fashion.

Employment-linked

Every course should open a job, apprenticeship, or self-employment path.
